What is a Nexus Letter for VA Claims?

A Nexus Letter, also referred to as a Medical Opinion, is a critical document for veterans pursuing VA disability benefits. Prepared by qualified medical professionals, it establishes the connection between a veteran’s medical condition and their military service.

The Nexus Letter serves to strengthen VA claims by providing clear and credible evidence of service connection, particularly for fully developed claims. At Valor 4 Vet, we adhere to VA guidelines and focus each Nexus Letter on a single medical condition. This approach ensures precise communication and a thorough focus on the condition being claimed.

Why Choose Valor 4 Vet for Your Nexus Letter?

How to Get a Nexus Letter?

At Valor 4 Vet, the first step is to register for a Portal account. The Portal is specifically designed to support Veterans, Veteran Dependents, Attorneys, and Service Officers. Following registration, users can upload evidence, such as a Statement in Support of Claim and medical records, for Medical Expert review. Once all necessary evidence is uploaded into the Evidence Folder, a Record Review can then be ordered.
