Who This Directory Is For
Licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, audiologists, and other qualified clinicians who are legally authorized to perform examinations and complete applicable DBQs within their scope of practice.
What Examiners May Do
Perform in-person examinations, document objective clinical findings, complete current VA DBQ forms, disclose fees directly to the Veteran or representative, and maintain professional licensure and insurance.
What Valor 4 Vet Does
Valor 4 Vet specializes in medical nexus letters, medical opinions, evidence review, and VA disability-related medical documentation. The examiner’s role is limited to the examination and DBQ process unless Valor 4 Vet separately authorizes additional work.

Listed examiners may perform in-person examinations, document objective clinical findings, and complete applicable DBQs within their independent clinical judgment and professional scope of practice. The examiner is responsible for completing forms accurately, using current DBQ forms, and following applicable professional standards.
No. Valor 4 Vet specializes in nexus letters, medical opinions, evidence review, and VA disability-related medical documentation. The examiner’s Directory role is focused on in-person examinations and DBQ completion.
Yes. Valor 4 Vet’s Directory is intended to help Veterans and representatives locate clinicians for in-person examinations. Video or telephone-only examinations are not accepted for this Directory.
The examiner sets, discloses, and collects their own examination fees directly from the Veteran or representative. Valor 4 Vet does not collect examiner fees, guarantee payment, set appointment terms, or manage missed-appointment charges.
No. Listing in the Directory does not guarantee referrals, appointment volume, revenue, search placement, or continued visibility. Directory participation is a limited opportunity to be considered as a listed resource for Veterans and representatives.
Yes. Examiners should only offer DBQs or examinations that fall within their professional license, scope of practice, training, and clinical competence. Valor 4 Vet may also limit or modify listed DBQ categories based on Directory needs, quality standards, or business considerations.
Yes. Valor 4 Vet may suspend, hide, limit, or remove a profile at any time to protect Veterans, representatives, Valor 4 Vet’s reputation, professional standards, operational needs, or Directory integrity.
No. Directory participation does not make the examiner an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, representative, or contractor of Valor 4 Vet unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Examiners remain responsible for their own license, insurance, taxes, fees, facility, scheduling, and professional conduct.
